DCSscan gives you the ability to automate the indexing of your documents through the use of barcode technology or by linking directly to an existing database of information containing your indexes. It also gives you the ability to append pages to existing documents and even insert pages in to an existing document.

DCSautofile is designed specifically for the digital copier imaging solution. DCSautofile provides you with the ability to automatically rename your image files scanned by your digital copier. With one click of a button automatically rename hundreds of image files to names that make sense!

For example, when you scan a loan file on your digital copier machine, the copier names the file 123XYZ.tif. By running DCSautofile you can automatically rename that image file to match any naming convention you determine.

DCSautofile has also been integrated with Landtech® and Landtech's® Digital Manager. The information used to name the image file can be taken directly from your LandTech® data file. After the renaming process is completed you can then easily import the images in to Landtech's® Digital Manager for searching and retrieval.

Due to the ever increasing mountains of paper involved in real estate transactions, many real estate closing attorneys, Title companies, Escrow Companies, and other organizations involved in real estate transactions are turning to digital imaging as the preferred means of document management.

Our scanning software pulls the data directly from the Landtech® data file to eliminate the need for manually indexing the settlement file. We have also provided the ability to send the files to Landtech's® Digital Manager for management of the settlement file. You can then search for and retrieve the file using the Digital Manager or our DCSview software.
